No. We no longer let equipment leave our warehouse unless it goes out with a valued member of our team. You may be surprised to see what we go through to get equipment out to event sites and what may seem like a simple piece of equipment could require a large truck or trailer to move it safely.

Our team! Let’s face it, there are a lot of tech savvy people in our industry that can mix music on a sound board, run a PowerPoint presentation or setup a tent. Only the Bayshore Productions team has the perfect combination of technical skills and the ability to break down complicated production terms into a conversation that you can actually understand. Some might say we seem like “normal people” and not AV geeks.

No. Our team travels from coast to coast to help our clients pull off amazing events. Our team is always up for an adventure. However, we don’t know if we will ever go back to Rapid City South Dakota for an event in December again!

The best time to call would be during the inception of the event or meeting so that our team can be involved in the creative pre-planning stage alongside your associates.  Once you have identified the location and a date, we are ready to go!
